Day 1 – Your holiday begins as soon as you depart London on your scheduled Qantas flights to Sydney. Enjoy a great selection of Hollywood’s new releases on the inflight entertainment and sample great Aussie food and wine throughout. Enjoy the journey.

Day 3 – Arrive into the exciting city of Sydney for a two night stay in the Travelodge, just a short walk from Hyde Park and the city’s best shops and entertainment district. Sydney is easy to get around and great fun to explore. Be sure to visit the Sydney Opera House and Botanical Gardens and, for a great view of the city, you can even climb the famous Sydney Harbour Bridge. In the evening try out the lively bars and restaurants of Darling Harbour.

Day 5 – Collect your car this morning from the city centre depot for your five day self drive adventure along the beautiful New South Wales Legendary Pacific Coast region. Discover sparkling waterways, cascading waterfalls, sub-tropical rainforest and some of the most stunning beaches on the planet.. We’ve included overnight stops in the coastal resorts of Port Stephens, Port Macquarie, Coffs Harbour and Byron Bay as you journey on to the city of Brisbane.

Day 9 – Today you’ll fly from Brisbane to the north of Queensland for a relaxing week in the tropical city of Cairns. At the City Terrace apartment hotel you have the freedom of your own fully equipped kitchen and living area, as well as a pool, all within walking distance of Cairns’ varied shops and restaurants. Cairns is a great base to explore tropical north Queensland and for some of your stay we’ve provided your own car to explore the region.

There’s a chance to swim amongst the coral and marine life of the Great Barrier Reef, skim the top of the Rainforest by travelling on the Kuranda Skyrail or learn to throw a boomerang at the Tjapukai Aboriginal Culture Park. Further afield you can drive to the beautiful Atherton Tablelands, the Daintree Rainforest or head south to stunning Mission Beach.

Day 16 – Return your car to the airport and board your overnight Qantas flight back to the UK.
